Think theres an option on google where you can stick in the few bits and pieces you have to cook with and it throws you up some recipe ideas?
Have never used it meself though.

yes, a light bechamel sauce and some grated cheese on top you could make a nice leek and celery gratin!

my little girl and niece are baking cookie's and muffins in about an hour for halloween, thank god for ready mix packs.
