iv been in love once. he was my best friend and i just knew i loved him but never thought he had any feelings for me at all and then one day he just came out and said it. we were together 5 and a half years and broke up this time last year. was a strange relationship for the first few years we were stuck to eachother and made all these plans of what we wanted to do then in the july of the third year he told me he had some money issues and had gotten himself in serious debt. that christmas day he told me he was going to iraq in the february for 18months to make as much money as he could. off he went and i saw him every few months between me going to him and him coming home for 3 weeks at a time. then he came home last august to a new job and i was just an afterthought, everything was work work work and i just took last place. i realised then his priorites had changed and i wasnt included anymore. we sat down and talked and he did his best to convince me he would change but he didnt, we split up in the november and by january he had himself a new girl and had changed his life totally for her

only if u give up looking for it - i was 35 when i split with my ex husband and 39 when i met the man of my dreams ......still with him too two and a bit years down the line

wanyo1: one and only time i've really been in love i knew i was there within a month and we had moved in within 3 months, young and stupis ha but we lasted nearly 4 years on and off
