I’m not a big fan of the UN (United Nations) because they censor Nations, like China and others. They are even coming after the US now.
The League of Nations failed after the First World War, and the UN was a replacement.
The roll that they play in the world was to be as watch dogs.
Where would we be without them though?
To me, the UN has too much power. Their main goal was supposed to be Unite Nations. Now it is all bickering and arguing.
Are we better off without them?
Example:
Russia is (50) years advanced to the USA and China in space technology. A great thing happened last week with Russia working together with NASA.
There will be no more planned efforts to explore outer space by humans.
They have developed robots to do the work for us. We will be able to travel to Mars and across our Galaxy with cameras.
Space travel is now based on this:
If you shine a light beam into the sky, it creates "photo cells". These cells are alive. The unique thing about photo cells is that the first cell is able to communicate with the last cell in the chain. In a few years, we may be able to travel at the speed of light.
Do you understand? Not the UN, but Nations going forward to help each other.
