Like what type of CS mail are you talking about? The only mail I receive is from other members and then sometimes a response from CS staff if I've asked them a question. I really don't get what you are talking about.

Well I can understand why with your picture ... as your main photo has to be a true likeness of you ..... not like the previous one you just had displayed.
As for your profile ... I have no knowledge of that .... I imagine that perhaps some of it may have been objectionable for some reason or another ... surely CS would have let you know the reason why they removed it. Perhaps as well another member may have found the content objectionable - I truly don't know.
