RE: Should The Use Of Tasers Be Banned?

I think they can be useful when used for their intended purpose, but there have been far too many cases of them being used against people who were not showing any sort of violence towards police, but maybe slow to follow commands due to intoxication and such.
Just like everything else, misuse is the issue.

Are law enforcement officers that use this device required to be *tased* at least once in their training? If not, maybe they should be.

Sniff it, see if it smells *odd*, see it feels kinda slimey..if so toss it
Strangely this :"Sniff it, see if it smells like good, see it feels kinda slimey" might be acceptable in other situations
