the funny thing about weight is that some overweight ppl are healthier than ppl who are slim and even exercise..go figure
I droped weight..first my ex and then 77lbs so far..want about 20 more to go..but am in no hurry to do so...all I did is cut out soda and breaded and fried foods..I still have my chocolate and stuff..

Oh, I know it works for some people (who is determined to go half-hungry), but it's because of very low cal intake, not because it's good for them.

This amount of sugar just makes sugar addicts out of them, and they do gain after they are done with this program. Inevitably.

Anywhoo...

the fact remains - this stuff is packed with sugar to the max.

Sounds good you can eat what you want and still remain slim!!!!!

But is it to good to be true.

Maisie: I've lost 18lb this year mostly just by eating smaller meals.
