I have also officially given up on love, or should I say the perfect love. Even when one person finds it two mutual people have to feel it at the same time. I think for me the chances of winning a lottery would be better.
I know in my own world I do not want to be with someone that is like me. I like learning about different walks of life and understanding others views. If the respect is there then your differences can make the relationship much more enjoyable.
The holidays make me sad, I missed loved ones no longer here. I enjoy seeing my children at the holidays but never feel as I can give them everything that they desserve. Mixed feelings I suppose.
