That's a great question but a tough one to answer. So many people have impacted me both good & bad. I think I learned more from those who have had an adverse impact on me though. They taught me to spot people to steer clear of.
dearmstrong: My parents and my 9 brothers and sisters have made a wonderful impact on my life. They have taught me what real love and honesty is all about.
Wow,9 brothers and sisters, must have been a bit of a mad house at times..but full of love it sounds like...

I think we all have learned lessons like that the hard way.
It was my older brother.I looked up to him and respected him too.He was also my best friend.
He did the basic kind of big brother stuff.Baby sat me,played games with me,taught me how to read and write my name, protected me from bullies. He had a way about him to cheer me up when I felt sad.Oh how I wish I had my big brother/my best friend by my side.

I can think of many people that have impacted my life to shape me into the person I am today, but probably my biggest influence of all was my Grandfather that passed away from cancer in 2007.
From observing him and my grandmother together, I learned about the definition of "unconditional" love, she was by his side for the final 3 1/2 months of his life and never left him for one second.
I also leaned on him when something went wrong in my life and he taught me about trusting in myself and following my gut. He also showed me what it was like to be completely and utterly adored and loved, for that I am eternally grateful.
He taught me about humility, honesty, pride, and integrity, about giving back to others and being my own person. Of all the lessons I learned from him, the most important was how much we should value our time on this earth with the people who love us and when he came home to die, I asked him a series of questions and in the end, he said he was not scared he was ready to go but the only part that bothered him was "I'm going to miss my family." So from him, I learned about how about love and loss and why it is so important to never take a single breath or day for granted.

Hi D, Hope ya keepin warm over there
Who has had the biggest "IMPACT" on my life ? I think for me the answer in all honesty is ...me,myself and I, with I being my spirit .. I have had great soul mates along the way be it role models, peers, family, friends, lovers all of whom have added to the richness of the experience I have had along the way.
demonfairy: Kids are wonderful, have no fear,we can learn a lot from them.
I learn from him every day..believe it or not he gave me a voice..I learned to stand up for myself when fighting his corner with the Doctors etc..and havent stopped using it since
