Life situations are difer day from day. Sometimes there is an annoing or just plain stupid person cross our life. Or sometimes there is a wish for something we really want but can't have and so on.
So my questions are Can you control yourself from harsh words, anger? For how long? Is to be an angry worth it?
In one word, What are your thoughts about anger?

I failed quite miserably in one instance to control my anger this very evening, but I also went back to resolve the issue. So, all is good, and that's what counts.
Konigsberg: How much it TAKES to stay patient sorry typo!
I´m a patient person, I have to be otherwise I couldn´t do the job of teaching. Of course I get angry sometimes, but I tend to bottle it inside rather than scream or shout.
If I were to have a hissy fit, in work for example, my colleagues would be absolutely gobsmacked.

I should have added that I never ever get angry with students. I meant that I do feel angry at times in other situations.

So you have guts to admit you were wrong ( in being angry)?
Anger isseus are why I chose not to start drinking.... I may be a scrooge but I do my best to keep calm. I would rather be known for being disagreeable, but not an inpaitent a**hole. It takes me a hole lot to bring me to anger. so I guess I do okay. but some people make it so hard.

You are like my mom, Jan! I have never seen her angry. Can you imagine this. Even when my father .... oh well it is a family stuff
I think it doesn't do good to us to keep anger or frustaration inside .... it ruins something in a brain ( not sure what some research needs to be done)
When I feel that I need to ventilate my feelings ... I go somewere, in a places with no people and talk to myself
As for you never get angry with your students. Maaan! You need a medal or you are just a very professional teacher

I think an a**hole is a key word. Those who get angry lose a battle. Which makes them a**hole
invinciblemuse: Yeah, silly stuff should never get in the way of a good friendship.
I wish I had a friend who if I ever will get angry I could tell anything I feel at that moment .... and he or she would just sit back and listen and never get pissed at me. And after we will have a cup of tea with pastries. Is it a fantasy?
