I expect that you wrote something which she took as disrespectful or offensive in one of the last mails before she quit talking to you.
Have you read them back to check that something you wrote could have been taken in the wrong way?
Leave her alone and don;t keep mailing her if she is not replying.

I have been getting up with headaches in the mornings bt since past three four days they continue the whole day around eyes and forehead...have allergic sinusitis so taking some pills and nasal spray for it since two days..bt nt very effective...the headache returns after the effect of the pills are over! This, too cold a weather is not good for the sinus actually....Bt hope it is not something big..becoz if it continues will have to go for further checks!

I had someone get upset with me once too and when I asked them what I did to upset them they told me they didn't wish to discuss it.So I know all to well how you feel.
Don't email her anymore and maybe once she has time to cool down she'll reply to you.
