So today, with all this snow, when I went out I took a flask of coffee, sandwiches, a torch with spare batteries, Three thick blankets, a spade, distress flares, snowshoes, a gas cooker and spare refills, tins of soup and pot noodles.
Everyone was looking at me. I felt a right prat on the bus.

13 degrees in brumland today
I think spring is here. So unusual as up till a couple of years ago we didn't get snow before Christmas but in January. Sure hope we don't get any more. Rain and mild is a good trade-off for ice and broken bones.
