It drives me crazy to see someone come by and visit my profile all the time but never contact me....I have contacted a few of the peeps and they say things like I just look, I am married or I have a girl friend....SCAREY huh???? What in the heck or they doing on a date site? A couple have confessed to being shy which made me glad I reached out.
Improvements would be to fix the IM and respond quickly to reported scammers.

I think it sux anyone can message u without your approval upfront .. It seriously needs a CONTACT REQUEST option .. that u can either deny or accept. i.e. BLOCK someone BEFORE they get a chance to leave u some disgusting message ..
