Well, it depends on what she likes, if she liked seafood I would make my scallop and rockfish lasagna. It sounds weird, but is awesome, anyone who like fish and seafood would love it. I have a couple "impress the pants off of her" recipes lol

Im actually not bad when it comes to preparing BBQ,fish,chicken ,I make good salads , so It would actually depend on her favorite dish

oh, it depends...

i'd like to cook something he likes...

therefore first i'd try to "investigate" delicately what are his preferences: fish, meat, veggies...or dislikes

and then i would think about the menu...
