In one of those stars I shall be living. In one of them I shall be laughing. And so it will be as if all the stars were laughing, when you look at the sky at night. And when your sorrow is comforted (time soothes all sorrows) you will be content that you have known me. You will always be my friend...I shall not leave you.
vinny1967: Steve certainly wrote eloquently about someone who he obviously thought highly of and gave us an insight into someone who seems very special.
Sorry for your loss hon, but by the sounds of Paul he would prefer you to celebrate his life and not mourn his passing.
It is a shock when your friend is gone. It is very normal to feel sad. Time will help. You have lost your friend but you will always remember him and he will be in your heart.
I lost a wonderful friend once, I never heard her say anything mean about anyone. I would say it would be a very rare day for her to be sad or even grumpy. She was amazing. She was a delight to be around. But I lost her to cancer, her name was Lucille. She reminded me of a star in the sky, she had a glow about her. This may sound crazy, but she reminded me of an angel.
