As long as you didnt get abusive and had a good time what the hell...the hangover will go away...eventually lol.

So you got drunk, missed Paddy's day and wasted your day off! So I'd say other than self punishment, there is no point!

Take a tip from me. Next time you go on the tear have 5 pints instead of the usual 10, (or whatever you have, just take half). You'll find you have just as much enjoyment as before and no hangover and therefore no wasted day after.

Good idea. I think I'll set myself a limit. No more than 4-5 pints per night. I don't want to get too drunk anymore. I have said it before but never been this serious about it.

You'd be amazed the difference it makes if you can stick to it. The hardest part of doing it (in my experience) is saying no to your friends when they say 'go on sure do, have another one, go on you might as well, sure we're all having one ext ext ext...'.

so that means I'll still drink 7 or 8 pints seeing as I could sink 14 or 15 on a good night
