Frankinstien: OK, one Pinapple upside down cake comming up ( no pun intended ). Say ! While you are hear and like pinapple why don't you try our Pina Colada pie . I just made a fresh pot of coffee for it . . . . . .
I want to experiment with chocolate coconut cake next
venusenvy: Just an idea I have in my head. Sometimes the best ones are experiments. Im thinking a dark devils food with dark chocolate bits and a really fluffy coconut icing...I think the contrast would turn out yummy!!
That sounds reeeeeeely good . Here is a suggestion . Take isntant pudding and add 1/2 cup evaporated mild and 1/2 cup cream of coco . whip them as per the instructions and then fold it into dream whip ( or any non dairy topping ) with some shredded coconut for filling and icing . If you do make it I'll be down in a flash ( along with most of the others on this post ) . . . .

You might be able to fold it into whip cream however I'm not shure if it would be as stable . Try it I might be wrong . . . . . . . . . .I'm going to close the bakery for about an hour or so ( thinking of dinner, all this talk made me hungry ) , so everybody " closed for siesta " . Be back latter with more goodies . . . . . . .

ali110: sorry ,no idea ,i will buy one from ur shop
Since I am really interested in retro I'd like a shop with vintage Mattel, Gumby & Pokies, tin signs from the 30's thru the 50's, old cafe menus and serving pieces, just a whole store full of all those wonderful, colorful things from our, and our parents, childhoods. Howdy there Ali, you handsome little stud!

I´d shop for one of those old toy cardboard suitcases...always wanted a red one to keep my dolls´clothes in...
After that, I´d visit every single bakery and icecream and chocolate shop in the neighbourhood!
Of course, my own shop will sell second hand books and the craziest upcycled items you can think of.
