Are you being hassled by men to want to talk using other means and in so doing you must give out you personal info?
If a fella can't understand that you might want to stick with CS mail, get rid of him.
All CS mail can be monitored - some people, especially scammers like to get away from that which can protect you.

using email box in cs is good,you have all the time to answer it.they cant buzz you,if you ignored the mail

But I found I lost some messages I have sent, do you know why? have you ever found lost your messages?

No.
If somebody hides their profile, you can still see all of your mail, to and from that person in your mail history. You just can't send any mail to them until they come back.
If a person cancels their profile, you can see their mail to you, but not your mail to them.
If more than 30 days has passed, mail may automatically be deleted by the site, but a green box saying this will appear to tell you, if it has all gone.
If the person has been permenantly banned from the site, everything just disappears.
If you want to keep records of mail, you need to copy and paste them into another document.
(I think I've got this right.)
