chris27292729: I gave up smoking 10years ago,when somebody i met for first time,told me,""i know you are a smoker because your clothes have the AROMA of sigarettes""so i stopped smoking straight away that minute,thinking am not going to force people to be polite towards me,and instead of telling me, your clothes STINK,to use the word AROMA.-Sometimes stop smoking needs a click on your mind.

I remember telling my son when he was little that things aren't that simple.He would say but mommy yes they are .He wanted to know why do adults make things so different?

A couple of years ago I’ve seen a picture on the net (and I regret that I haven’t saved it) that showed an ashtray in a shape of human lung, two pink halves with red veins, as to saying “Feel free to flick the ash here into your lungs”. Made an impression on me and that was indeed the push I needed.
