has anyone cooked kidney on toast?
goats kidney 250grams
wash it well with salt and warm water.
fry it with onions, small pieces of potatoesand small pieces of tomatoes.
later toast the slice bread in slow fire on both sides.
do not put extra salt.
whip 2eggs nicely till it lightens.
then put butter on the toast while the bread slice is being
toasted and apply the kidney mixture of potatoes and onions and tomatoes which is dipped in the whipped egg.
wait for a minute or two when the kidney on toast is cooked.
take it out with a turner on a plate ready to eat.

I've recently discovered the tongue of cow! I don't have any recipe for it, but it was a great surprise! I know it takes like 3 hours to cook! Delicious! The girl was from Colombia. Dare to ask a latina friend of yours to cook it for you. It might be common around the region?dunno

You dip the cooked kidney mixture in raw egg? That is a surefire recipe for salmonella! Do you cook the egg at all?
