Here is almost midnight, I had fried fish earlier for lunch but for sure those turkey burgers would make a great dinner, should I bring something?

I wish I knew. Perhaps I will have a ham and salad foccacia with a chocolate tart. Expensive but yummy

She won't tell me how she does make them (she does the whole thing by scratch) but she did tell me that if someone doesn't have the time to make them, then they can take a can of apple pie filling and quickly fry them on the stove over medium heat.
*she said it was the cheater's way but just as yummy

I know two ways of frying apples ...The first is in a cast iron pan
Butter
chopped apples
raisins
cinnamon
nutmeg
pinch of salt
brown sugar
uncooked oats (optional)
Fry together for about 20 mins Add oatmeal if its a breakfast(great with whipped cream on a cold morning) or without for a topping eg: for ice cream or waffles
The second is dipped in cinnamon tempura batter and fried in light oil til crispy!

That sounds GREAT. My friend from the south used to fry Bologna like it was bacon. Sounds weird but it tasted ok. And my weird friend Bee bee used to broil banana slices. Also sounds weird tastes good.
I ate cold pizza for lunch because I was working on a college report with 3 ladies. I think we did good, but that teacher always sort of grades people lower than they expect.
We did a report on Kraft Foods. Yawn! Snore! It was interesting but who wants to learn everything about Kraft? They have a great charity called The Delicious Difference. That was the best thing about the report, finding out Kraft Foods does good works.
