I would like to share my and my friends' experience about dating sites.
According to it, men usually add some extra centimeters to their height, and ladies are not always honest about their weight and their age (to say nothing of putting 10-year old pictures on their profiles).
My question is - what for?
anyway it will be revealed during a real meeting and disappointment is not the best thing to feel when you meet a person for the first time .. Or is it more about some role playing, when you want to feel younger, taller, more beautiful , even virtually? Lie, game or self-deciept? Please revert !

dawndeb: i think some people do lie but i would hope that this is in the minority and as you say why lie when all will be revealed.A friend of mine fell into this trap and travelled from europe to australia to find out that he was a fake. A waste of time money and investment.

Yes, I have met all sorts...and maybe I have been unlucky ( or stupid ? ) but I reckon only maybe 1% of women I have met , really tell you the truth.......at least about things that matter !
