Thanks! I meant though that I am similar to an ex-smoker or ex-drinker in that they go on too much about how smoke or drink is so bad. Me, I have to be careful about over-zealous preaching on how some foods are. Everything in moderation though! They say it takes 3 weeks to break a habit, but the danger still lurks.
