Haha, no rush. I sound awful!
Some work computers have restrictions on what sites you can access. I know the NHS won't allow Facebook to be accessed but my colleague once got round that somehow but he didn't tell us how it could be done.

It is great. For instance you could post messages on Facebook couldn't you, by just posting the link on your status line. Thanks for letting us know about it. It is great to hear what others sound like. Have a good evening Darren.

Ah D...I don't have a head set, I have a webcam with a built in mic. I unplugged it and tested it out, it works ok, until I try to record a voice message for you all

Ten? I gave up when I heard nothing after clicking on "listen".

Maybe I can show you what happened for it to work. If that is ok with you?

I clicked on the following:


The it says CLICK TO RECORD

I clicked that.

Then it says CAMERA AND MICROPHONE ACCEESS - ALLOW OR DENY

I clicked ALLOW

The you see panel flashing saying CLICK TO STOP. That is your cue to start recording your message.

Then click CLICK TO STOP when you have recorded your message.

Then you see RECORD AGAIN OR LISTEN. You can now hear your recorded message, or if you want record another message.

When you are happy with the message you hear and want to post it on here scroll down the page and you see two sections/

Click the POST ON THE INTERNET section.

You see the code under Vocaroo link? Copy and past what is there onto the forum, by highlighting and clicking COPY and then on the forum reply box click PASTE.

I hope that is helpful. It sounds very complicated, but it isn't. If it doesn't work you probably haven't got Adobe Flash Player or your microphone doesn't work.
