hi,

how do I tell if the mail I sent was opened?
light blue background and a grey clock icon?
If that means it was opened by the receiver, how it is possible since she was not online since I sent it?

thanks.

They changed the site recently and I'm still confused about the email part. What I think is supposed to happen is when she opens your mail, the red on the clock on the right will go off. As long as the red is there (on the right) I think it means she didn't open it. She can delete it without opening it.

I have mail that I know the person opened but the red on their name is still red (on the left).

When someone goes offline, the "online" can stay on for as long as 10 minutes after they log off. This I know for sure as I read it in the Help menu. So just because it says she is online, it may not be so.

It's easy. Just like with the Inbox, if the mail was read, the clock on the right side of the message will be gray coloured. If it hasn't been opened, it will be red wink

I think it goes like this and let's hope your not colour blind......if the clock is grey the mail has been opened and if the clock is yellow and orange the mail is unopened......
