I've sent numeral emails to you regarding the planned get together in august in amsterdam.

I took over from Pandora when she got banned. She told me you would send members from this site a message but I had to remind you doing this.

I have sent many emails to you asking about how to deal with things but still haven't received any replies from you.

Will you please inform me about the procedure?

Too bad this all happened right in the middle of arranging this meeting.

she is very good at this and I am not, so I really could use some help. Too bad to that she hasn't had a chance to give her view on the whole ordeal, because maybe then it wasn't needed to ban her....

but as said, I don't know much about the whole thing and I don't want to get cought in the middle of whatever happened.

I only know that it's up to me to arrange things referring to this meeting.

I have gone and helped organise a few meets and have never received a mail from CS informing me of them. Am not sure if this is their policy or not. In saying that I would have thought they would have helped promote the meet, especially as it has all been left to you.

Anyway the best way to do this IMO is to keep the signup thread going and keep it towards the top of the page. I know there is a thread in Internationals as well and I would do the same with that one. Reminding people that it os happening will generate more people and more of an interest.I would also ask someone who is going to help you with the arrangements. Have definite plans i.e. meeting places and times and so on so people know what is happening. If the meeting place is a busy place we used to bring a specific colour balloons and have them on the tables so people can see immediately where everyone is.

Sorry you were left to manage it on your own but fair play to you for taking it on.
