If we could re-arrange all of the threads here with different OPs ,(thread authors) would we respond in the same way and as often ?

Great question thumbs up

There is only one person on here that I will not interact with, but I think a lot of people react differently to different OP's. I'd like to think that when I post, I don't think about who the OP is, just post my opinion/answer dunno

I think that is possibly true that we would respond differently. It's only natural that we are affected by the personalities of those that ask the questions or raise the topic. A light hearted personality will bring in mostly light hearted responses and an argumentative personality will illicit argument.

It is something I have often commented on in my time here, the fact that a thread will get different responses depending on the OP. Have to say though that it is something I have found to be more prominant on the Intls forums than on here.

Similar threads can be started by different people and the responses can be totally different depending on popularity or not of the OP.

Does that really happen? Who determains who's popular or not?
Honestly, I could not think of anyone here who i would assume to be more popular than another person. But then again i'm not here that longdunno

I've noticed however, that there are some people post more than others. Maybe because they post more they can appear to be more popular?
I've confused myself.... help

I need a drinkuh oh

I fully agree LadyB , and I'll add that lighthearted doesn't always make for a lengthy thread . hug

Have been here best part of 4 years and yes it happens.

As I said, to me it happens more on the Intls but it does happen to a certain extent here.
