If someone holds a grudge too long then they sometimes never learn how to forgive and forget.

mitsos: what type of grudge is that (ex. vicious?), what is it for?
what would it take to leave it behind?

I wouldn't waste my energy on holding a grudge, whoever they are. They just wouldn't be worth the mind space. grin

my approach as well....to hold a grudge, in my opinion, only leads to bitterness...something i have no time for. i really do believe, one gets what they dwell on...so might as well dwell on the positives. i also think bitterness really ages one...and i have no intentions of getting that old....lol

We do. It's called the toilet. Write down the grudge onto tissue paper, and flush it away grin
