The only grudge i hold is against our governments.
They have no interest in our happiness both spiritual and emotional.
Why we give our power away to them defies logic.
As for ex's, its my experience that holding grudges and being bitter only hurts yourself. I try so hard to rid myself of this most destructive of emotions. It has no positive value whatsoever. It only brings disharmony into peoples lives.

Oooooo . . . I LOVE a good grudge! It's the Irish in me. We peeps of Irish ancestry can hold a grudge for generations, probably because the Brits done us dirt for generations.
What would it take to leave it behind? Are you kidding? What would I do for entertainment without me grudges?

cherrybrandy: waste of energy and positive emotions,if you ask me.. over the years i have developed the perfect "selective"memory..if someone gives me the reason for grudge,i just delete,erase and forget all about them..works great and doesnt give me wrinkles..

iamwhoiamyousee: holding grudges is only self destructive..serve no purpose and keep you stuck in the past..you're not in the present and so cannot really move ahead into the future..JMO
Wisely spoken IAM but sometimes is a necessity, you cannot just ignore, i ignore someone that steps on my shoes doesnt say is sorry and keeps walking for ex...
