I tried but failed many a times as after 2 drinks
I am anybody's
and then it takes me about a week to get over it...
So I learnt the hard way that me and drink will never be buddies.....
but I still take a drink every now and then, and dont class myself as a non-drinker either....I certainly dont have a problem with others drinking either as I end up the taxi home, which is great all around.

I get really bad hangovers so I used to only get hammered 2/3 times a year. Then, eight years ago, the hangover was so awful that I decided never to go through it again and I haven't been drunk since. I love wine and cocktails but I limit myself to just one or two usually with food and I feel much better for it.

It depends on what you call binge drinking.
If you listen to the "experts", I binge drink every time I go out

when i was younger I did yeah but got some cop on as I got older, I only have a drink now once or twice a month and its a 1 nighter each time, none of this 2 or 3 day sessions, thats madness

yea he was saying to when you where your money going turned him off there to like ye man he was working for has a grand house goes on holidays every year nice big car no shorted of money because we were spending it in hes pub.

Probably not very healthy,but hey your having fun and every day of week we see people who never drank or smoked in their lives get sick and pass on...so enjoy it,tomorrow may never be ours
