Why is it I read so many posts that the posters use NO punctuation? I am sure we all know when to put a little . DOT after a thought to make sure someone else knows when a sentence is at it's end.

Is this an education issue or laziness?

Is anyone else annoyed by this?

I think it's both an education issue and laziness. I don't expect people to use commas correctly, as some can barely put together a coherent sentence, but I think that a . is almost critical in anything more than a single statement.

Yes, it is annoying - especially when you're trying to read blocks of text and it's like they're trying to set a Guiness world record for the longest run-on sentence.

My guess would be that it is an issue of education,

but no one has ever went broke over-estimating our potential for laziness.

I am currently too busy being annoyed by campaign adds on my answering machine to be overly bothered by punctuation.

Ummm, I hate to burst your self-inflicted grammatical bubble here, but kids and outdoors, in the context of her profile, are plural, not possessive; therefore, she is right.
