Ginseng played havock on my sleep

Couldn't sleep at all when I took it

If i can sleep after a cuppa coffee im sure ginseng wudnt affect my immune system that much

I could never study when the kiddies were up hun, I used to have to wait until they were all conked it. After they had passed out into the land of sleep i used to make myself a nice big cuppa, grab some bickkies/chocolate and curl up on the sofa/chair (which ever is your favorite) and just read my info, i approached it like i was getting ready to settle down into a good book. I had the lappy well away from me (usually upstairs so i woudlnt' be tempted to go online) the tv off and some of m favorite music playin in the background. All this was done after and early shower and i was in wrapped up in my favorite pj's and dressing gown. It was the only way i could get any done, i had to be relaxed. it worked fantastically for me as i found today when i got my results

Must try that 2moro evening and not go near any communication devices and keep the tv off ill put my programmes on record

I studied community and health services hun, so it's on to carlow next year to get my degree in social care and community work....

Millie the only thing that I could recommend is that you start a flame war here, insult people, act the eejit and inevitably you will find yourself banned then you have lots of time to study

Yes, darling I said Carlow,
I've already studied business management down there and i'm going back now for social work.
Plus i was out on the piss down there a couple of weeks ago too.
