I havent done thinki id be able for it cause i enjoy the gym work and had asthma think if i started twud bring all that back... but jaysus u were doen well maybe its just the one and no more

i gave em up for 9 yrs and went back on em ..like u i thought ah just the odd one but b4 u know it ur smoking even more....im off them a year again now and never will one pass my lips again ...dirty disgusting habit
