Nikogas: It is hot for the area I live in and it seems that many people just hide inside with a fan or AC...lol...like me right now. But I was out all day shopping and getting many supplies,,by the time I got back I was pretty hot,,I noticed that many drivers were grumpy so I stayed away from those ones..SO,,what do you do?? what do you do on all the hot days???

If it's a weekend, I pack a cooler full of cool drinks, fruit and sandwiches, and head with the friends to a river. Sometimes we float down the river tubes or rafts, other times, just stay where we are, and play in the water all day long, and listen to 70s Classic Rock. Good friends, good times. ;-}

if you get a cool wet washcloth, but it in the fridge for a while, then drape it around the back of your neck, handing over your shoulders, it does the same as what was mentioned earlier about running the water on your wrists. You have main arteries in these spots and it actually cool the blood which travels through your body rather quickly.

Yes the heat index has been well over a 100.Heard the temps may go down alittle cooler this coming weekeend.
