I don't want muscles.. so I run on the roads. It's free and I get fresh air while I'm at it.

I think your're already 'bigger'... don't go too large, it's not appealing.

i love go running with me dog twice a week. And also bike riding and a swim. But u shouldnt run on the roads. It will do lots of damage to ur knees. Run on grass if u can take the inpact out

Good 'impact' running shoes like New Balance do the same thing.

Swimming and cycling are other things I do too... occasionally.

Last year I was able to run three miles easily and did so at least three times a week. Like Libra only ever ran on the roads as it was free and glorious in the good weather. I picked up a knee injury and also then a back problem flared up so I haven't ran since Oct last year and I am so unfit now its terrible. I am gutted that I can't do my running anymore and that I will have to start building up my strength from scratch because it's the only exercise bar Zumba that I do or enjoy. I will only stick to exercise I enjoy ........... something I think that is very important. flirty blushing
