I cook verry well and the ladys I cook for seem to enjoy it very well . They also want to help with the dishes and I tell them to sit down and enjoy themselvs I'll do them . Now as for boys not being able to get into cooking classes that's just not true . First off the adult education classes held in many high schools and community colledges have a lot of basic and ethnic cooking classes . The other alternative is the many cooking shows on TV . Most come with a companion book ( for a small fee ) that explaines in detail what was on the broadcast . There really is no excuse for not doing it if you want to . I also have to mention a short ( one evening ) course a friend and I took on making bread from scratch . I think I got more out of that evening then any other class I have taken . Bon Apatite !
For me is a plus. To share time cooking together is great. By the ways you learn from each other. I learned once how to do baby ribs really good on the grill. Well enjoy your thread.....
