salanky: most of the so called pedigree pups around these days are mongrels like cavichons, cockerpoos, puggles, pugaliers etc etc but people pay stupid prices for their fancy designer dogs

It boils down to people not having a clue. I used to go on the animal and pet issues on Boards and some of the question where mind boggling.

mumbling

salanky: thats what i mean though you know what a true pedigree is but people are going out and spending stupid amounts of money on supposed pedigree designer dogs that in reality are just cross breeds that they could pick up from the DSPCA or dogs trust and give them a loving new home but they wont

well if your buying a pedigree dog you would know even by looking at it that it was the genuine article then you would get papers as confirmation..when I go to buy a dog I do my research so i dont end up with a dud

salanky: your looking at around 50 but you need to get more than just parvo, they get two sets of vaccs first around 8 weeks and the second around 10 weeks then theres the fleas and wormers too that need to be done regularly especially with the amount of slugs and snails around the place

I wormed him meself since he was a pup just hes had no parvo and hes due it soon

salanky: how old is he

born in april
Oct 25, 2011 4:54 PM CST Puppy farms
salanky: he should have gotten parvo as part of his first injections then when he was younger, its one of the combos so he shouldnt need it on its own now if hes only 6 months old

if he doesn't get it what will he die young?

It does give better long term health, it prevents testicular cancer and reduces prostate problems.
