I find that true. Sometimes my exterior expression does not match how I feel on the inside. There's times where I don't show how I feel because I either do not want to burden someone else with my troubles, or it is not the place to do so.

Cheerfully cheeky, sincerely happy or a smile to hide behind - I'm sure we've all used them at one time or another. How many times have you said "Good thanks or fine thankyou" etc when asked "how are you today?". We don't necessarily show or tell all to everyone ALL the time, sometimes we've just got to do what we've got to do to get through the day.
