Ok, I've got a grip on my utter frustration now.
If I click on the link and put my hands on either side of the monitor, there's a header blocked in red, two large photos nearest my left hand and writing blocked in blue near my right.
There's a matrix of smaller photos in the middle and writing down the left and right sides.
You're going to have to explain this to me in terms of colour and shape.
I'm looking for the words "latest news". Are they written in black, or red, are they upper case, or lower case, are they next to my right hand, or left, is there a picture to go with it, are there lines, or bullet points?

The words LATEST NEWS are written in black and are written next to your LEFT hand as far left as you can go....to the edge of the left side of the screen.
There is no picture BUT there is an icon of a video camera at the end of the title that says ....96 year old woman gets married.(video camera)

I'm sorry pickles....I wish you could have seen the 96 year old lady....she was so cute and sweet. She kissed him after the minister pronounced them married and then she went back in for another kiss.
And both of them were in wheelchairs...Imagine that..

Some things I do with my left hand, some with my right.
I'm more right dominant, but a lot of things I can do with either hand.
Very handy for cutting out fabric in a small workshop.
