welcome to the forum ktulucherrylane cswelcome

I lived in Quinns Rocks and the areas around there, esp Mindarie and Butler are fairly new, nice and reasonably affordable (when I last looked anyway) close to the beach living. About 30 mins from the city centre, if you don't mind living further away from the city.

Bunbury is nice and about 3 hrs from Perth anything heading down south of Western Australia is nice. Bunbury is close to Margaret River and Dunsbrough just stunning areas and one of the best surfing places in the world but not cheap to live especially Dunsbrough very up market. I am not sure on prices at Bunbury it's a big town so should find reasonable price places to buy or rent plus work. If you head inland from Bunbury about 3/4 hr drive you will arrive at Bridgetown where each year the blues festival is held & thousands of peeps from all over W.A. come to it, it's a very pretty town most of the little towns inland are very nice and maybe cheaper to live plus a lot of them are historcial. and hold anual festivals of sorts in other words lots of places to visit that neck of the woods. Mandurah is cheaper than Perth and about hr and half from Perth. Personally I am not a fan of Mandurah. Oh! and
