Before this, I've been in the obesity category, for about 2.5 years, and sub obese for 1.5 years.
I quit smoking instantly, with no looking back. With weight loss, I found this approach problematic, and felt inclined, if I should be any serious about it, to know what I was doing. So I snatched knowledge on the go, completed a course on nutrition, and gradually started to develop better habits.
I'm now getting within close range of the "ideal weight", and because this was done in a mindful way, that is, resolving the ignorance leading to the condition in the first place, the overweight will never come back.
It is a difference from understanding and knowing, and most of all, notice the gradual, but very pleasing change. It seemed like a hard goal, but the worst part was the mental projection of the project.
I would really recommend for anyone, and especially to not make the usual quick fix mistake. Feedback?
