He has been hurt before and is adament he will not be hurt again. We get on so well and have a great laugh. We have both said there is no pressure in "us", yet the other night he said to me "Dont fall in love with me and i wont fall in love with you" Advice pls folks am i wasting my time or reading into things or what. Dont get me wrong im not mad to get up the aisle but i dont know if i should stop things now before i do start getting feelings for him?

only you can answer that question really, if you do end things will you be left wondering what if? that said the mention of falling in love after only 3 weeks of knowing eachother is a little extreme, maybe hes afraid that hes starting to get feelings for you and this is his way of kinda slowing things down if that makes sense 
it sounds to me like he doesn't really want a relationship he just wants friendship and he is kinda giving you a warning not to get in too deep with him!!!

he is leaving a door open for himself to stop seeing you without it coming across as his fault... if you really, really like him it's prob best you stop seeing him now.. if you're happy with the way things are, then keep going...

maybe hes just afraid of being hurt again and no on can be blamed for that but at the same time if he doesnt allow himself to develop feelings for you if they are there then he is just wasting both your time BTW the quote button will let us know you you are replying to, its over there ------>

its tricky Sorry.....you've been chatting 3 weeks and you're talking about fear of falling in love. Sounds like teenage angst! Sorry.
Get out. Maybe he's not looking for something serious or he does have feelings but is commitment phobic. Either way it's not going anywhere. If you can deal with that then enjoy his company while it lasts.

Leaving the "L" word aside for the moment.... he's already giving you boundaries... he has unresolved issues... and I don't buy into that "I've been hurt before routine" - its rubbish - if you genuinely like someone you'll keep your mouth shut... for a while at least.... until you get to know them a bit better...I'd cut him off for a while (in a nice way) to give you some space...
