olaix: Is there such, and in that case, what is it?
I have my idea, but I want yours.
I am taking "no"'s, but will moderate if necessary.
There must be quite few laws of the universe. For example strong nuclear force in which the matter is being created and gravitation. Could be more, just do not come in mind. From more philosophical point there is some ancient teaching, forgot the name that says 'what is above, is below, what is inside, is outside' or something like that. In the newer interpretation, universe is a hologram where the small reflect the big and vice versa.

Evolution, survival of the fittest. those who can adapt to changing circumstances survive and make stronger more adaptable species. on the level of every individual get what you want with the means that you get of life.

Thanks. I'm thinking law, not laws or force though. We do have laws, but aren't they shaped like a pyramide? the ancient teachings aren't coming from Egypt, are they? :p
I've read they are 7; the common people use the law of attraction and transmitation, everything vibrates, law of cause and effect. we all use them conscious or unconscious in the daily life.for those that are not attached to religions or groups, works great.simple rules to live well.

This one:
The Emerald Tablet, also known as Smaragdine Table, Tabula Smaragdina, or The Secret of Hermes, is a text purporting to reveal the secret of the primordial substance and its transmutations. It claims to be the work of Hermes Trismegistus ("Hermes the Thrice-Greatest"), a legendary Hellenistic combination of the Greek god Hermes and the Egyptian god Thoth.
I am thinking the law under which all laws are governed, including law of gravity, law of resistance etc[/quote
No such law has been discovered yet, but it does not mean there is no one. Will it ever be discovered? How would it write? May be some code containing all the universe. But it all can be purely speculation, I would not take seriously any claims that anyone knows such law.
Personally, and that is my personal belief, the only other "law" I would add would be Love. I believe that without the power of Love, nothing can exist. In fact, it is one of the greatest commandment handed to us by Jesus: Love your neighbor as yourself.

Yeah, can't say I don't understand why :P it is a worthy question though :D

Beyond that, I am clueless.
I think personally the word "Love" tries to explain that law, because as all conflict would end, so would the one between humans.
Understanding Jesus from this point at least makes him something different than a angel of vengeance :p it has gotten that far some places :p
Anyways, I have a suggestion. The law of the universe is the end in itself. And we're heading towards it, and resist it subconsciously, but everything else that resist it ends too. Planet ends, solar systems end, flowers end, trees end, we end, everything ends. The explosives are chemicals that create powerful and destructive ends. Some things ends sooner than others, our sun will end in a couple of billion years.
Personal opinion to not trying to control the really powerful ends, because control is governed by the same rule.

I like the one that says, "what goes around, comes around". Another way to say the same thing is, "you reap what you sew"......
