I just hope they sue the asses off that school board an get a HUGE settlement for tramatizing that family and emotional duress they caused!!! This is a good opportunity to make a serious example of them so that perhaps next time they will think twice.

Irrelevant. He and his family were wronged. We don't know how traumatic this was and, they might need the money to move. In any case, the school board in their zeal screwed up and can explain to voters why their kids are sitting on milk crates the next time they run for reelection.

You may find Alberta's logic wrong...BUT its not as yesterdays news reported that the father was to speak to grade 9 students about drug and alcohol addistions...
The school board has pulled that contract till all is said and done..so not only him and his family is being penalized for a total violation of his rights...
