What bothers me most is the defendant's bored, non-chalant demeanor. His tom-foolery resulted in a death. I would feel very much for him if he took some responsibility and showed some regret for his monkey shines, Yes, I know youth acts up, and out, and all those things, but it is his attitude that is bugging me the most.How sad. It is no longer just an allegation. He has clearly admitted to placing the camera in the room for the purpose of spying on his room mate. (InSession showed tape of interrogation). Also, incredibly, he tweeted a SECOND time that it "was happening again". This piece of crap is GUILTY.How sad. Why would someone allegedly webcam and twitter etc someone's private relationship?

Yes a death he will not be charged with. Your'e right the defendant's attitude is important in this case. Will be interesting to see how this case turns out in relation to alleged anti gay and cyber bullying.
