Dont be forgetting how the McCaans were being touted as complicit in the dissapearance of daughter Maddie...
Apart from the Fred and Rosemary West case some years back I cant think of another case where parents have willfully seen harm come to there children, (isolated cases of child cruelty aside) I hope to god this is just police formallity, because if the parents are clear of guilt, the time between this public infomation and there release from custody is going to be a living hell....

Are you serious? Day in, day out parents are in court for harming and killing their children.

They've been charged..Not found guilty. Aint the same ball park folks. All I'm asking is to reserve judgement. Could be they're guilty, then again maybe not.

Some scene to have your whole family wiped out. Morelike it was someone attacking the house with petrol. I though the police might have been charging them to see if they would reveal who they were having hassle with but I don't think in this day and age the CPS would allow that.

As disgracefull as these cases were that you highlighted, the children concerned are alive (unless i miss read anything), my comment would have been better phrased as a point of mortality in this particular case, although were still unsure of Madeline McCanns fate...
The basic point of burden of proof is yet to be assesed, I would be feeling for the parents at this time...
If however in the course of time there guilt is proven, then of course the full weight of the law must be braught to bare...
But the question of why two people would kill six of there own kids will be a question long in the answering....

I think i saw this very documentary shortly after it aired, that said, it would do no harm to review it...
The McCann case will never go away as long as Maddie remains "in the wind", and theres not a one of us who doesn't have an opinion on the many aspects of the case, but, and its a big but, do you really think two people could have held a lie together so convincingly under the ceaseless attention of the world media, I really dont think so myself, but hey, when they caught Peter Sutcliffe all those years ago, I thought "never", but look, what did i know...
