He did get away with it for many years. Why they think they can--probably they are so much in the grip of their obessession they just don't think about that too much. And the more one does it and gets away with it, the bolder they are.------ This thread is Archived ------

I am glad he did not somehow sneak out of the conviction but I just don't think it is enough, I think he should not be allowed to live in a Jail..I just don't think it is punishment enough. I think that these crimes are so far in the dark of this world that he has no right to live in it.

He's 68 years old, so it doesn't seem likely anyone would want to make him their girlfriend. Also, because he is so famous, he may not be kept with the general population.------ This thread is Archived ------

On the other hand, I think he should live a very long time in prison. He can spend 23 hrs. a day in his cell, which will give him lots of time to reflect on his deviant tendencies and how he hurt many lives. After a long life, he can die alone and then go to hell.JMHO

Yes, there are. I wish there were better ways of prevention. One thing I think is that his wife knew, on some level, she knew, and she did nothing about it. Also, children need to be taught to be better able to help themselves, somehow, so they are able to avoid these people. Maybe stories like this in the news will help other 10 year old boys be better able to avoid this type of situation; and parents need to learn not to trust anyone with their children, maybe not allow any one adult to be with a child. I don't know, but I don't think these boys should have been over night at this guy's house and not alone with him so that he'd have the opportunity to have them in the shower with him.------ This thread is Archived ------
