We got the ability to see the relative, the conventional, and the absolute, with our minds. The relative and the conventional is in form of general and personal knowledge, while the absolute is through observation, with the absence of knowledge. Relative and conventional knowledge is about, but in contradiction with the absolute.

These are also states of mind, containing each by themselves different kind of things. Two of them, relative and conventional, is a state of concentration, the third, the absolute, is a state of attention.

In which order of significance does these belong, and why?

I'll bite...

I would say it depends on the age of the person and the situation. A new situation would be viewed with the 'absolute' mind; before judgement can be passed, it must be observed. Second would come the data which formulates our 'conventional' mind (that which we already know, or general knowledge), then third would be the relative because our decision is based on all three and the mind takes it all into consideration before forming a category to place the information into. The relative mind wants to put information into a category that is relevant to our own situation.

How does that sound?

Well I don't agree with all of it, and it was not what my initial idea was about - but I liked reading it.
