And even worse for Page, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Detroit says he is now facing 15 months in prison after pleading guilty to charges of theft of bank funds, $1,543,104 in total between December 1, 2008 and May 31, 2009.

I couldn`t care less what the law said , he made the right decision peace

I have seen more than one gambler use the same type of judgement. Once they get behind, they will use all of their resources to try and win back the money they have lost. So it is not a lapse in judgement but the use of very poor judgement. It for sure was intentional theft but not with the thought of taking the money and running but with the intent that he would win the money back. The more he gambled the deeper in he got, which is almost always the way it goes. JMO Ken!!

But he would have had to win back more then what he "stole" from the ATM if he wanted to make a profit. And how would he return the money? That was a shot in the dark and rather arrogant to think he could make a profit AND return the money with any repurcussions.

That is the way a gambler thinks, they are always going to win back (at least) what they have lost and hopefully make some money. They won't stop until their are no funds left. His hopes would have been to return the money and have minimal consequences by doing so. JMO
