How would you like to be remembered when you die? (14)
LonelyMontse08San Pedro Sula, Honduras15 Threads 797 PostsNot long ago a dear friend of mine passed away, Alzheimer, she taught me so many things on life and was always for me when I needed to be listened or just needed a hug, last months of her life she didnt have a clue of what she was doing or saying but I will remember her all my life for how she was with me, how she made me smile and the love she made me feel... all this made me wonder have I been this good at least once in my life that someone will remember me this way when I die? If I havent I guess I still have time to try to be the best I can to be remembered as a nice person.. I dont know if any of you have ever asked this question to yourselves but it is something I think about quite often, What are your thoughts about this? How do you think youll be remember when you die?´How would you like to be remembered when you leave this world? Is this even important to you? thank you for the comments....

The times I've been close to death, and there's been a few, it never entered my mind, I was to preoccupied with the situation. However I do try as I walk through life to be a nice person, good person. I wont deliberately walk over someone to advance, I will pick someone up, I will go that extra mile. If someone remembers me for that, I'll be smiling down when I'm gone, ooopss or smiling up!------ This thread is Archived ------

I want to be remembered in as accurate a rendering of the truth as possible. Therefore I want to be remembered as the life of the party and somebody that lived their life to the fullest, no holds barred. I want my funeral to be a celebration of my life and not a sad occurence. Death is only a temporary trasitional phase to the afterlife. Nothing to fear but something to welcome with open arms. Truly a reason for rejoicing. That joy should also be manifest with loved ones that remain behind.
