gozoman2: Gee man....and you consider others the oppressors......wow....sure can understand why people turn to violence when faced with this attitude.....
Gee, when faced with nine entities attempting to murder every last man woman and child of your nation that only committed the crime of agreeing to the the proposal put forth by the UN I would feel that they were the aggressor as well.
However, given your post, making war on others with the express purpose of murdering them is excusable to some it seems.

Unbelievable.....your last sentence is what Israel is doing to the Palestinians.....but I guess from your arguments that is fully justifiable right?....standing up for the rights of the Palestinians is not?
Why don't the Israelis just go into the Palistinian territory and machine gun them down and be done with it? This way they can build all the settlements they want without any troublemakers around to complain.
One of the West Bank's largest illegal Israeli settlements, Ofra, is now going to be legitimized and upheld by the state of Israel regardless of the fact that much of it was built on privately owned Palestinian land.
Does this represent the state of Israel spitting in the face of the Palestinian people in preparation for their bid for UN statehood? Is this a warning of what is to come if the Palestinians will not back down and kowtow to their Israeli occupiers?
We can't be sure, but we do know that this is yet another instance of Israel flouting international law without hesitation.
Only the state of Israel seems to be able to get away with these egregious violations of international law and humanitarian law, as even totally unconfirmed reports can lead to NATO interventions in other nations, as we have seen in Libya.

Incredible is what your lack of historical knowledge is. Other than Jordan and Egypt, none of the nine entities that vowed to exterminate Israel and attacked her have made peace with her thus, they are still at war with Israel.
Israel did not attack them in '47. they attacked her and have yet to make peace.

Seems to me the continuation of the Palestinians flouting international law by continuing to not observe UN Resolution 181 as they call for the murder of every Israeli.

If Israel were intent on killing people they'd be dead Boban. Since they are growing in population at a rate far greater than most western nations one has to extrapolate they are not being killed deliberately and your premise is a foolish one. As well, if Palestinians only adhered to one Resolution this would all be valid but, when faced with an entire peoples who wish you dead one has to protect yourself.

How funny..........you keep on harping on Israel being the victim in this scenario.....while the majority of the international community....excluding of course the USA....look upon Israel today as being the oppressor......
...defending one's interests can never justify systematic ethnic cleansing....which is what Israel has been doing for these last decades....
...oh but then I forgot.....it is Israel we are talking about....so that justifies it all.....

Try facts instead of rhetoric. Works a bit better than rants.

Israelis are the victims of their regime and to the puppet masters ...

yeah... when John robs an entire nation and gives a cut to Tom,Henry , Patrick and Dave they will come up with a document which will make it " legal" and support his mission as long as the money keeps coming in ...

and why would they have to accept any made up resolution in their own country???

They don't have a country Boban and, never did. That's what the whole issue is about.
Boban1: Israelis are tired of wars, killing and living under the pretense that the entire world wants them dead ...
Well, maybe when the Palestinians take the destruction of Israel and subsequent murder of every last one of them off their top priority list then there will be progress.

I can`t say that I remember all the details ,but they have been offered with a location ,during the second world war...only the zionist movement insisted on Jerusalem and a bigger part of Palestine ...

from what I`ve read and seen in the news, its the other way around ...

Seems the only fact you seem to believe in is that Israel has the divine right to occupy all land denoted as Palestine....makes it pretty useless arguing with you since you don't seem to see any atrocities taking place......ah be'.......

Both were offered their own nation as per UN Resolution 181. Israel accepted, Palestinians refused.

Nope. Read the Hamas Charter sometime Boban. Seems you are making assumptions out of thin air.
